Bike paths along the canal lead to Old Town Scottsdale, SF Giants spring training, multiple resorts, shopping & a huge energetic bar scene. Other pathways lead to Camelback Mtn. & Paradise Valley resorts. Close proximity to Sky Harbor Airport, ASU, golf courses, Biltmore shopping district & golf courses.
