Spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom lake house just two houses from the water, featuring scenic views and a cozy front porch swing. The charming neighborhood is perfect for biking and walking, with excellent fishing, boating, and access to the Lake Islands, including ferries to Kelly's Island and Put-in-Bay. It's an ideal spot to relax and enjoy your vacation, conveniently near Magee Marsh, a top birdwatching destination.
The space

Bedroom 1: Main floor offers a king size mattress, closet & full size bathroom. Private entrance.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, spacious bathroom, closet & access to sunroom. Sunroom has a futon for additional guests.

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, kids play space, closet & small bathroom. Has a private outdoor balcony.

Loft: Features a full futon for additional guests. Large TV. Pacman Arcade. Great for a hangout spot.

Office space in the front entry area.

-Private beach located two houses down, at the end of our road.
