Grassy level enclosed yard with plenty of space for fun and games! Walk out gated yard to a large concrete retaining wall, great for chairs to enjoy the lake breeze with private access to the water too! Enter Lake Erie in shallow waters, walk onto hard packed sand, great for taking walks or sitting in a beach chair relaxing, good for water games! New firepit (must provide your own wood) Charcoal Grill, new patio and parking for 3 vehicles. We absolutely love the home, its welcoming, spacious and best of all has 60 feet of lakefront. The yard is great for outdoor activities and the sea wall is a huge ringside seat to the water.
