STYLISH STUDIO ONE BLOCK FROM DUVAL…
Private studio apartment on Simonton Street one block from Duval. This home is located at the rear of the property and is perfect for a couple who wants to be near all the action.  
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & FURNISHINGS…
This quaint studio offers a queen size bed, kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, table for 2, and separate bathroom.  Perfect for a couple’s "no-frills" getaway. 

DETAILS AND AMENITIES…
Located a few doors down is Better Than Sex, Duffy's and Pisces restaurants.  It is the perfect location for anywhere you would like to go in Key West, and most importantly, it is one block from Duval.

Fort Zachary Taylor Beach: 1.1 miles
South Beach: 0.5 miles

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

It was ok. Nothing spectacular. No parking so be prepared. Space is very small. Would be unlikely to stay there again.

Parking is always a scarcity on our tiny island and can't really be rectified. Most of our guests find a space when they arrive and then walk or bike to the many nearby attractions. The house was super clean upon arrival. the area is nice and secluded so you don’t see or have nosey neighbors. close to all the action but just far enough away you don’t hear the night life when going to bed. perfect little guest house for two! would definitely go back!

The host was extremely accommodating. I had trouble with the lock box and she was there in a jiffy. I couldn't get the Keurig to work, but did not call her for that. The Studio was clean and tidy, but way too small for us. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions. It probably would be just fine for most folks. It is within walking distance of many main attractions.
