We really enjoyed our time at Franny and Luke’s place. It was very clean and very well equipped with everything you might need. As a special bonus they provide bed linens along with towels.

Exterior shabby. No view. Two sliders with white curtains that barely met. Light from balcony shone through all night and we felt exposed. Left one night early.

All’s Well

If you are looking for proximity to beach, look no further! Condo #118 in the Eastwinds complex is just a stone’s throw from Wells Beach! No need to jockey for a parking spot! Unit is small but for the three of us, worked out well! Very attentive property managers also made our visit go off without a hitch!

Convenient and simple

The location is great and super close to everything. Parking for oversized vehicles is challenging. We had a truck and were able to with a lot of patience because it’s similar to garage parking. The necessities were there. Be mindful that there is a fold away door separating the living room and bedroom. So if you’re looking for privacy, choose another.
