Avoid at all costs. The listing is in a bad neighborhood. While the house looks nice in photos, it is not as described. The homeowner also stopped responding to messages the day after check-in. These are essential things someone who rents a VRBO expects to be taken care of.-Stains on couch-Rugs dirty-Sliding glass door lock is broken-Sliding glass door frame is pulling from the wall-Sliding glass door Blinds broken and don’t close-Neighbor looks like has camera pointed at sliding glass door-Blinds broken in 2 other rooms-Towels not dry still running in dryer-No trash bag in kitchen trash-Had to empty the dishwasher-Chipped glasses in cabinet-Only 2 coffee cups-No hand towels in bathroom or kitchen-No top sheet on any of the beds-Pillows flat-Dirty laundry piled up in the closet-Ceiling fan blades filthy-Floors dirty and mostly not swept-Baseboards filthy
