Why they chose this property
Matapalo is a small village, with an endless beach. The best sunsets in Costa Rica. Within walking distance (15 minutes) there is a grocery store and two small restaurants. The combination of nature (sloths, monkeys, macaws, lizards) and the beach is unique.
What makes this property unique
Our house is one of the ten No Footprint houses built in Costa Rica. Because of its unique open design no air conditioning is required and you feel part of the nature surrounding you. The teak used in the house is all from our own teak farm
