You’ll also find supermarkets, small restaurants, and a bus stop just a 4-minute walk from the house.

Perfect for families or small groups of up to 4 people.
The house includes:

2 bedrooms

Bedroom 1: one double bed and 2 fans

Bedroom 2: two single beds and 2 fans


1 spacious bathroom with hot water in the shower.💧 Please note that hot water is available only in the shower, not in the sinks.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook

Living room with a simple TV and local cable channels

Semi-automatic washing machine with two compartments (wash and spin)

Please do not wash shoes. Instructions for use are provided in the house.

❄️ Air Conditioning

The air conditioning is located only in the living room.

🌿 Please remember to turn off the air conditioners and appliances before going to the beach, leaving the house, or heading out for any activity. This small action greatly contributes to protecting nature, saving energy, and maintaining a more sustainable environment for everyone. Your cooperation is truly appreciated, and we value your support. Thank you very much.

🔥 Outdoor Space

Outside, you’ll find a traditional Costa Rican wood stove (fogón) that you can use with charcoal or firewood.
An igniter and sparks are provided in the kitchen.
If you wish to use it at night, there is a light you can turn on with the switch located beside the black outdoor chairs.

🪜 Access and Lighting

There are 19 steps with a handrail and automatic lights that turn on from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Don’t worry — the house is not located on a steep hill; the stairs are right near the street and parking area.

🚗 Parking

We offer outdoor parking inside the property, shared with other guests.
Please make sure to park in the space marked “Casa Flor”, as shown in the photos. Parking is free.

🚫 Important:
Please do not throw toilet paper or any other items into the toilet.
In Costa Rica, the plumbing system is delicate and can get easily blocked.
Kindly use the bin provided next to the toilet.

🌺 New at the house!
Very soon we will have a small space with necklaces, rings, keychains, beach pareos (sarongs), handicrafts, and other traditional Costa Rican items. 🇨🇷✨

🔒 All items will be kept inside a locked display box.

⚠️ Please be very careful with the display box, it is fragile. 🙏

🛍️ There is no obligation to buy; it’s simply an option if you’d like to take a little piece of Costa Rica with you.

In Costa Rica, power or water outages may occasionally occur due to maintenance work or issues from the utility companies 💡🚰.
If you notice that the whole neighborhood is dark, it means it’s a general outage, not a problem with the house.
Please do not touch any switches or the breaker, as this is beyond our control and will be restored once the company fixes it.

Guest Notice
🧹✨ If your stay is more than 15 days, one month, or longer, we offer one free cleaning per week.
This service includes changing bed linens and towels, and helps keep the house in good condition during your stay.

📞 If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to contact our host Katerin. She lives near the neighborhood and will be happy to assist you.

🌴 Additionally, if you need help booking a tour or would like more information, katherine can also assist you.

📚 Inside the house, you will find a tour information book that we created especially for our guests. You will also find another book with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and activities to help you make the most of your stay.

🔒 There is a room in the house that remains locked. This room is used as a storage area for cleaning supplies and items needed to prepare and maintain the house. For this reason, it is not available for guest use.
