This was our family home. When our father passed away, we spent 2 1/2 years renovating the inside; it's our only rental. Additional outside renovations are planned in the future.

As children, my sister and brother and I spent most of our summers at Cedar Point. I have been a season pass holder my whole life and have worked at Cedar Point in several departments.
EvaDean is our LLP. Eva is our great aunt, Dean is her mothers maiden name, Eva Werner built the house in 1940.
