Upscale, private, fully furnished first floor condo in very nice gated community of Seven Hills. Good size bedroom with walk in closet and full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. Open kitchen with gas stove and all appliances including laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The community has incredible amenities such as pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq area, and club house. Very conveniently located near lots of shopping like Costco, Walmart, Trader Joe's, and so much more within 5 mins drive from the condo. Some of the best restaurants Nevada has to offer including, golf courses, walking and bike paths, great schools, and great neighborhood of Seven Hills. Best suited for extended stay working professionals, business staff, temporary stay while moving, snowbirds getting away for the winter, extended vacations, or long-term rentals.

The property was in the perfect location to enjoy all that Henderson & Las Vegas has to offer. In a very quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants and shops we would definitely recommend. Will responded really promptly on the several occasions we had any questions which gave us complete reassurance
