A cozy Destin townhouse by the beach is waiting to welcome you to days of endless sunshine on the soft shores of the Gulf.

The home away from home feeling you’ll get as soon as you walk in will have you planning your next Destin vacation before you even leave! A fun décor featuring parrots and other tropical natives along with comfortable bedrooms and awesome views make this Blue Surf vacation home the entryway to a five star beach vacation.

Two balconies overlook the immaculate center lawn, the pristine pool deck, a shaded grilling area and of course the amazing emerald waters of the Gulf.

After making memories just across the street at the beach, relax with a cold drink on your own private veranda and watch the magenta and orange sunset reflect off the shimmering Gulf waters.

Experiencing all that Destin has to offer is so easy here with several restaurants within walking distance, a bike path that runs right in front of Blue Surf and great shopping and golfing opportunities within a mile’s radius.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Beautiful location and excellent service

Amazing location as it was right across the street from the beautiful Miramar Beach, which allowed us to walk instead of drive and go through the nightmare of thrift to find parking during a busy weekend. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed from towels to soap to a washer/dryer. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re someone who values a smooth and easy stay during a vacation.

Great find

Had a great time at this location. Not far from beach which was nice for lugging multiple kids beach bags with. Only complaint is that house needs an extra roll of toilet paper for upstairs and downstairs.

Overall our stay was fantastic. The only issue we had was light bulbs missing. One was missing in the master bedroom, both balconies didn't have light bulbs and the master bath was missing a bulb. The view was great and it was a very clean place. We loved every minute of the stay.

Home is exactly as pictured and a very comfortable stay! The location is perfect, walk across the street to the beach and Pompano Joes. The pool is always very clean (we’ve stayed at this location before). The main bedroom bed is especially comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. The kitchen has everything you could need plus some. The board games throughout were a nice addition as well. The only 2 (semi) negatives were: the En Suite bathroom does need a thorough scrubbing/cleaning, there was a bit of mold, and possibly a few minor updates, outside of that everything was clean. And the upstairs slider locks automatically when shut it (you can hear it click). Thankfully my daughter was inside and I didn’t get locked out. If there was a little sign or notice, it would suffice. With all that being said, I absolutely have to rave about the management group 10/10. They were understanding to our flight and flying across the country, allowing us to access the unit a few minutes early once it was ready for us. Responsive, clear communication via text and/or phone, and I mean minutes not hours, and very professional. I highly recommend this home! Thank you so much for having us.

Perfect location and setup for a family

This property is a great location - just across from the Pompano Joe's parking lot with wonderful views of the ocean. The setup allowed our teenage boys to have the upstairs and us the downstairs, which worked out great. The balconies face the ocean so during the winter months you are shielded from the wind but get the benefit of the sun. Newman-Dailey manages the property and does a nice job, but they don't respond to the VRBO messages, so that makes it a bit difficult before you have their contact information or find that out. The grill area is close and easy. The pool isn't heated in the winter until January, but once it is heated it's a great temperature. There are two parking spaces, which also was not listed. The kitchen has both a coffee pot and Keurig, as well as most everything else you need. It does not have a cake pan or brownie pan, though. There's plenty of closet space for storage. It's on the second level, which is great for the views but takes a bit more time when unloading/loading. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again and have already looked into next year!

We booked last minute with just our family this year. This was great. Put 3 teenage boys upstairs to have their own space. Loved having 2 balconies facing the ocean and pool. Cooked a few meals there and all breakfasts and lunches there because beach access was so close!

We enjoyed every minute here!

We couldn't have been happier with this Condo. The location is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway! Right across the road you have access to the beach with your own chairs & umbrellas already set up for you each day. Pompano Joe's is also right across the road with great food and drinks to bring out to your beach chairs! Badass Coffee is about a 15 minute walk and is the PERFECT way to start each morning. The double balconies at the unit provide the best views each morning & evening. We got great use out of the pool area in the evenings as well. The Condo is nice, it was pretty clean and everything was in working order other than slightly low water pressure in the upstairs shower. The only thing we would have liked is a golf cart to go with the unit, but we know now for next time that the golf cart rental is a must! We will certainly be back!

Perfect location when you have little kids

We stayed in this townhouse with an 8, 6, and 4 year old for 2 weeks. We loved the family room area upstairs so that we could keep the kids occupied without the neighbors below us to hear our kids stomp or run around. The balconies have a fantastic view of the ocean (few minutes' walk) and overlook the pool, which is a 30 second walk down the stairs. We were very happy with the overall proximity to the beach, since we had lots of stuff to carry plus 3 little kids. Pompano Joe's restaurant and the check-in for activities (parasailing, banana boat, jetski) was directly across the street, which was very handy for families. Especially since most of the time, you have to reserve your spot early at Pompano Joe's for dinner (it gets super crowded) and it's so easy to run across the street and put your name in, then go back to the pool and hang out for an hour or two until your table is ready. Overall the townhouse was clean, quiet, and accurately represented on the listing. We would stay here again.

Blue Surf 11B, is a nice condo. We liked having the second/third floors. We liked that our kids were upstairs & had their own beds & bathroom. we all had our own balcony & enjoyed the view!!! The pool is great. A little crowded this week, but being a holiday week it’s to be expected. Check in & check our was super easy!! And communication with the owners was easy & taken care of quickly. We VERY much appreciated the 2 chairs and umbrella service!! Easy access to several great restaurants & shops!!!! Unfortunately the bathrooms & kitchen were dirty. No offense to the cleaning crew though, beachfront condos, I’m sure are difficult to keep clean . The floors & carpet were dirty downstairs. Two coffee cups had lipstick stains and I felt the need to clean the bathrooms before using. The master bath did not have a toilet paper holder, so paper was just sitting on the sink. The washer & dryer really need a deep clean. The second floor bedroom was dirty, Cheetos under the bed, dirty socks in one of the drawers and only one side of the closet opened. We still really like BLUE SURF complex and plan to stay again.

Nice location and very nice pool

Heated pool was much appreciated since part of our stay here saw temps near freezing—since pool is kept above 80 degrees, we could enjoy the nice grounds and Gulf no matter the weather

Fantastic Time!!

We had a fantastic time at 15B townhouse, the beach and on our excursions. The townhouse was exactly the way it looked in the pictures. The beach was conveniently located across the street. Our living area and balcony were private and intimate. The teenagers enjoyed their private room and balcony. We didn't get a chance to participate in all of the excursions. We only participated in Sea Blaster and Gilligian's Parasailing excursions. Thanks for spoiling us...We will definitely be back!!

Great stay. Kirby in the main office is awesome, she went out of her way to help us. The upstairs is quite hot I had to go buy a fan. Otherwise a good time .
