This charming modular home, nestled within the gated community of Garrison Ranch, offers a tranquil retreat overlooking the town of Eagle. The location is 30 minutes from VAIL and 30 minutes from GLENWOOD SPRINGS so the perfect middle to exploring both and all Colorado has to offer.. This property has spectacular views and an unbeatable location close to town and I-70 yet with a private, secluded feel, this home is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The immaculate interior features three cozy bedrooms—a king, a queen, and a queen with a twin—ensuring a comfortable stay. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower, while a second bathroom serves the additional guest rooms. The 3 mile road from I-70 is a gravel road so we encourage awd/4wd in the winter.

The neighborhood is a paradise with easy access to I-70 and the ability to explore everything Colorado has to offer while feeling like you are away from it all less than 3 miles from the grocery store, restaurants and the quaint town of Eagle.

What makes this property unique

I have owned this property since the 90's and continue to keep it as a ranch, running cows in the summer, riding our horses and the enjoying natural beauty this land has to offer.
