Fabulous 3BR/3BA vacation house in Cotuit that sleeps 8 and only 1 mile to beach

Spacious 3BR/3BA Cape with finished basement and central A/C located on a quiet street in Cotuit which sleeps 8. Perfect house for several families traveling together. We have a large finished basement for the kids to have their own space with 2 sets of trundle beds, a living room with a smart tv and full bathroom. The outdoor space has a patio, outdoor shower, fire pit, Polywood dining set that seats 8 and a Polywood loung chair with plenty of lawn for the kids to play. It is perfect space for relaxing and grilling after a day at the beach and grab the cornhole boards from the garage for family game night.

The 3 bedrooms consist of one King (2nd floor), one Queen (1st floor), and one with a Queen and two twin XL beds (2nd floor) as well as the renovated basement with 2 sets of trundle beds. There is a full bathroom on the 1st floor (with a tub), 2nd floor bathroom has a full size shower and the basement (has a 3/4 size shower).

One Barnstable beach parking pass is included with the house and the closest beach (the Loop) is one mile away with a perfect view of Sampson’s Island. We also love Dowse's Beach in Osterville (about 15 minutes away) and Craigville Beach (about 20 minutes away). The Cotuit Kettleers (summer college baseball team) play just 1/2 mile away from mid June to the beginning of August and is a great family night. We are also 4 miles to Mashpee Commons for shopping, groceries, dining and the movies.

The house is equipped with plenty of family board games, smart tvs in the living room and basement with Blu-ray players.

There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway and a couple cars on the road in front of the house if needed and plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, noodles, boogie boards, and a cooler provided in the garage for your use.

It is our family vacation home so we tried to offer everything you need for a great vacation!

Perfect Cape Cod retreat!

This was the perfect home for our family reunion. The house was beautiful, fully equipped and very comfortable. The hosts were so easy to work with. Could not have been better!

Perfect for a big family

Our three adult children and grandchildren stayed at this house! It was very comfortable and clean, not to mention the great location. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We're renting it again next year!

Great family home

We enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated home. My family fit comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and it had a lovely back yard for outdoor dining. It was a perfect location for our needs (we came for a family reunion in the area) as well as for access to many of the Cape's great resources....close to local beaches, a pleasant walk to the Cotuit Market and the Cotuit Baseball field for Cape League games and near Hwy 28 for traveling to other Cape locations.

Beautiful Home - perfect for families

The house was perfect, beautiful and spacious for 3 families. The kids loved hanging out downstairs and playing in the backyard. We grilled outside and the fire pit is a nice touch. House had everything needed for our stay but everything is close by too; super market, rite aid, restaurants. We went to a few different beaches and ponds and even went to a Kettleers baseball game. The outdoor shower was super convenient. Torrey was great. Very responsive and accommodating. Helpful when I left something behind. Went out of her way to help me out. Overall everyone had a great time, no complaints. Great house in a great location.

Summer of 2022

This home is spacious and the grounds are well-cured for, the neighbourhood is generally quiet. The house is nicely decorated with Cape Cod themes and is easy to maintain. The kitchen is roomy and a nice dining area inside and also outside compliments the terrace, when it is warm. The furniture is comfortable, too. The house is extremely well-provisioned with extra bedding, towels and beach-towels. And the garage is full of beach toys and equipment. A lovely bonus during a warm summer is the extern fridge in the garage. All those juices, soft drinks and beer (and ice cream, too) are always available, cold and fresh, leaving the regular fridge for food.

Great Property

This house is beautiful. There were 6 women staying for the weekend and there was plenty of room. The house is well maintain and had everything you need. We loved the fire pit out back. We would rent here again!

Family Enjoyment

This house is an exceptional property. It is very clean, well stocked and has a beautiful flow. It was perfect for family time. The location is close to the beaches and stores yet remains off the beaten path. We enjoyed the fire pit and the beautiful yard. We look forward to renting the house next year.

Great Accomodations and Perfect Location

This house checked all of the boxes on our list and exceeded our expectations. Clean, Spacious, Beautiful and stocked with essentials. The yard is well kept and nicely manicured, we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the backyard with our toddler on warm days. Although the rental is tucked away in quiet cul-de-sac, it is conveniently located. Just a short distance to the Mashpee Commons, restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Also very close to Hyannis. Torrey, the owner was great, she was very accommodating when we had to extend our stay at the last minute. 5/5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice comfortable place to stay during their Cape getaway!

Great stay at this Cotuit gem!

My family met up at this lovely home in Cotuit for a week away and out of our respective locked-down locations. This house was the perfect blend of beautiful and homey, complete with all necessary equipment and thoughtful touches. We had no problems, great info was provided on-site and Torrey answered the couple of questions we had easily and promptly. We would absolutely stay here again!

You will not be disappointed!

Home and property is well maintained, clean and is stalked with day to day needs for you to use while you stay. The layout of the home is perfect for large groups and slept 12 of us very comfortably with there still being space to have some down time by yourself. Location is great and close to restaurants, beach and shopping. Communication with owners was great and they were very helpful. Our group would stay here again and recommend it to others. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful pristine home very close to all beaches and attractions.

Like walking into a brand new home. House is kept immaculate. From the landscaping outside down to the detail inside. Plenty of room for all guests. Huge family room ice cold ac! Brand new appliances. Garage storage if needed for beach or travel accessories. Easy to get to quiet street which is very kid friendly. Large backyard with patio furniture and real wood fire pit. Beautiful color choices inside and out. Didn't find anything wrong with this one. We had 2 familes of 4 and one grandparent with us for a family Wedding at Willowbend Country Club (under 2 miles away). Still had 2 more beds in the finished basement available. With additional room for blow up mattress if needed. All 3 bathrooms had showers plus and outdoor shower. Easily park 4 cars in the driveway. Can't wait to return in the coming years if available.

Fantastic Home

We had a fantastic time in Torrey's home. It was even better than the pictures, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The house was stocked with everything you could need, loads of towels, beach towels, sheets, paper goods, cleaning products, hand soap, beach chairs, cooler, fire wood for the fire pit which we really enjoyed. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and would be plenty for the 12 the house can sleep. We were just a family of 4 so more than enough for us. The house would sleep 3 families easily. We didn't even use the lovely basement room. The air conditioning was great and very quiet, which is always a worry. I made full use of the brad new washing machine in the basement and the tumble dryer. There was enough seating for 12 on the patio, which was perfect for my morning coffee in the sun. The house and garden was so nice we didn't really want to leave it each day. My son loved the outside shower, a real novelty for somebody from England and its climate. Communication with Torrey was great and we found the house very easily and the assess was straight forward with the key box. We used the beach pass to park for free at the Barnstable beaches, a real bonus. There was a stop and shop grocery store 3 minutes by car from the house selling everything you could need. We travelled easily all over the island from the house , the furthest being Provincetown which took about 1.5 hours. But most places we travelled were about 15-30 minutes by car. There were plenty of shops and a cinema down the road at Maspee Commons. There were a number of restaurants very near by, 5 mins by car, as well as a dominos which delivered. We loved our stay.

Very clean and modern property with great owners

This property was rented for our wedding weekend at the Popponesset Inn. The location was perfect as it provided more than enough space for close family and friends to stay in, while acting as a great backdrop for our wedding photography of the girls getting ready. Gorgeous newly renovated home

My stay this past weekend at this house in Cotuit was above and beyond my expectations. It was a girls weekend with quite a few of us so I was nervous about sleeping arrangements but there was PLENTY. We raved all weekend about every detail of the home and how beautiful it was. The back patio was the perfect spot to relax Saturday afternoon and finally enjoy this nice weather. It was close in terms of all the activities we ventured off to do and had everything we needed at the home. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and more importantly recommend this home to any friends and family in the future looking for the perfect spot! Thank you to Torrey for doing an amazing job!

Torrey's house is stunning and has everything you need for a wonderful Cape vacation and a lot more!

This Cotuit beach home is newly renovated, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun stay on the Cape. The towels were fluffy, the beds were comfortable, the house was spotless and the yard was nicely landscaped. We really enjoyed the stone terrace and fire pit, and the lush, grassy yard. Torrey seemed to think of everything guests could want, and she was so nice and easy to work with. We only visited one of many beautiful beaches in the area, and it was a quick 5 minute drive away. We were traveling with teens, but even they enjoyed the sand toys and beach games the home provided. We would happily rent Torrey's home again!

Extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need

We had a great time at this house. Everything was very clean and updated. It had plenty of space for our group with plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. There is a nice patio area with chairs, a table, grill, and fire pit. Plenty of things to do just a short ride away (beach, stop & shop, ice cream, etc.), Mashpee commons is about 10 minutes away. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Torrey was quick to respond to any questions or requests. We would definitely come back!

Why they chose this property

Is is my husbands family home that was fully renovated in 2017 and serves as our vacation retreat. We continuously are making updates and tweaks as needed as it is out hoe away from home so want it to be the perfect getaway for guests.

What makes this property unique

Cotuit is amazing! It is a quiet Cape town that doesn't attract lots of tourists and is a perfect place to decompress and relax without the traffic and congestion of alot of other towns. Grabbing a sandwich at the Cotuit Market then sitting at the Loop Beach watching the boats go past Sampsons Island in and out of Cotuit Harbor is one of our favorite past times. Relaxing a bit at home and then grabbing a bite at the KettleHo for dinner and end the evening with S'Mores on the firepit.
