First, we want to highlight that our communication team was highly responsive and active during your stay. We believe in taking immediate action when issues arise, and we offered to send our maintenance team to the property right away to address your concerns the moment you brought them up. We were also willing to ship out brand-new basketballs immediately when you noticed they were missing. Additionally, following your stay, we issued a $150 refund as a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the amenities that did not meet your expectations. Our hot tubs are fully drained, sanitized, and refilled for every single arriving guest to ensure the highest standard of hygiene. The indicator you saw was a digital filter-change alert on the panel that our cleaning crew unfortunately missed resetting. We apologize for the confusion this caused, but we can assure you the water itself was fresh for your stay. Nashville experienced significant rainfall just before your stay, causing rapid weed growth. We had a landscaping company already scheduled for a full property revamp the following week. The traffic cone in the yard was a temporary safety measure we put in place to protect guests while we actively worked on resolving a ground depression issue. We have taken your feedback regarding the climate control and game functionality in the theater room directly to our management team to ensure those items are thoroughly repaired and updated. We pride ourselves on active property management and immediate guest support. While we are disappointed that the property didn't fully meet your expectations, we stand by our team's rapid communication, immediate offers to send help, and the financial compensation provided to make things right.
