Kindly take out the household trash daily. The nearest waste disposal point is about a 10-minute walk toward the Old Town, just behind the bus stop (approx. 50 m away).
When leaving the property, please make sure all windows and doors are closed and check that all electrical appliances are unplugged. At the end, please return the keys to the keybox and hide the code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Het verblijf was top!!Wij zij een gezin met drie kinderen. Leeftijd 19, 17 en 14. Het huisje heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. Heel aangenaam is ook het terras voor het huisje. Dit is groot en open. Het huisje is modern ingericht. Het is ook een heel gezellig huisje. In een rustig gehuchtje maar ook niet te ver van een weg naar Dubrovnik. Toeristische activiteiten: Dubrovnik (25 min), vlakbij leuk strandje, het eiland Miljet (via catamaran) ter plaatse met e- mountainbike, tocht met speedboot naar eilanden in de buurt van Dubrovnik,... Dus zeker een aanrader!!

I chose this neighborhood for its incredible peace and breathtaking views of the sea and islands, while still being close to the city center and the Pelješac Peninsula for those who want to step out of their tranquil oasis and explore gastronomic and historical landmarks. Nearby is the Arboretum in Trsteno (a 5-minute drive), home to a botanical reserve and a filming location for parts of the Game of Thrones series.

What makes my villa unique is its modern design combined with natural materials, high-speed fiber-optic internet for those who wish to work remotely, and a one-of-a-kind pool with stunning views of the sea and islands.
