This apartment is professionally managed by Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated supplier of short-term furnished housing with over 25 years of experience in the industry. The building includes luxury amenities and services such as Michelin starred restaurant Crown Shy, fine dining restaurant on the 63rd floor, a fitness center with a turf track, a Pilates and yoga studio, resident lounge and an extensive list of additional amenities.
This studio apartment located in art deco building, 70 Pine, features hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and an in-unit washer/dryer. All beds provided are fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.
Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters. Please let us know ahead of booking if you plan on traveling with a pet.
