The basement unit was perfect for my daughter and I and was super close to the Mall of America which was our destination for the 3 days we stayed. Nice neighborhood and the host was great with communication.

Check in and location were perfect. Unfortunately it was not clean. Some one else's hair was all over the place (on the floor, in the rug, stuck to the side of the counter in bathroom) Generally dirty. I honestly could have tolerated it normally, but I was down there for a surgery and now worry about infection. The host knew why I was staying there. If you're staying for 1 night, it's probably worth it..

Easy access from highways, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, QUIET and clean, we had everything we needed. A/C worked great, same with the washer/dryer. Bed was comfortable after a long drive and a long concert! Shower was nice and strong, and plenty tall.We appreciated the little touches like local/handmade/vintage glasses and mugs, plenty of plants and artwork, and not overly scented (no plug-ins, just 1 reed diffuser), unscented detergent furnished for laundry. On-street parking was never an issue, both nights we parked right out front. Host was super-responsive for questions, check in and out was smooth, totally reasonable asks for cleaning, not a whole long housekeeping list. We had a great time!

Super cute basement apartment with adorable decor, live plants, nice amenities. Property is beautiful with lot of plants. Jerri was easy to communicate with and we actually met her the next morning while she was gardening. Surfaces were relatively clean but could use a deep clean. Easy access to the highway. Would 100% stay here again if I was passing through Minneapolis.

we really enjoyed staying at this nicely finished studio, with its private garden access, artsy decor, and very quiet 2 bed space that struck us as larger than we expected from the photosthe host also helpfully answered our questions, parking was super convenient, and we generally thought the immediate neighborhood had a nice feelrecommended!
