Wonderful location if you want some distance from the hustle and bustle of town. But not far to get to any part of the island as it sits in the middle. Great hosts.
Cannot recommend this place enough! It was absolutely perfect, and the host was so helpful & kind! The condo was in a perfect location, and we were even able to snorkel right off the back steps. We saw many sea turtles, fish, stingrays, crabs, and even a lobster! It was a perfect spot in every way!

About the host

Welcome! We're Lin & Benny.
We're originally from Toronto, Canada, but for the past ten years Grand Cayman has been home. After retiring from careers in the special events and concert industry, we traded backstage passes for barefoot walks on the beach—and we haven't looked back!
We live just five minutes from the condo on the North Sound, so we're always nearby if you need anything. We love sharing our favorite island experiences, whether it's the best local restaurants, hidden beaches, boating to Rum Point or Stingray City, or tips on where and when to snorkel with the sea turtles that make Spotts Beach so special.
Our goal is simple: we want you to feel at home, relax, and experience the quieter, more authentic side of Grand Cayman. We hope you'll leave with wonderful memories—and maybe even a few turtle stories of your own!
We look forward to welcoming you to paradise.

Why they chose this property
When we first discovered Spotts Beach, we knew we had found something truly special. While many visitors think of Grand Cayman as Seven Mile Beach and large resorts, we fell in love with the quieter, more authentic side of the island—where nature takes center stage and life moves at a slower pace.
Just beyond our patio is a beautiful white-sand beach with crystal-clear Caribbean water. Unlike the busy resort beaches, Spotts remains peaceful and uncrowded. With only 30 residences sharing this stretch of beachfront, it's common to enjoy long walks along the shore with only a handful of people nearby. Guests often tell us it feels like they've discovered one of Grand Cayman's hidden gems.
Spotts is famous for its incredible snorkeling and resident sea turtles. Just offshore, you'll find colorful tropical fish, coral formations, and turtles that can often be seen while snorkeling. Many of our guests say swimming with turtles right from the beach is the highlight of their vacation. During nesting season, turtles come ashore nearby, and if you're lucky, you may even witness hatchlings making their first journey to the sea.
We also love the wildlife. Pelicans dive for fish, frigatebirds soar overhead, and colorful lizards and iguanas wander the beautifully landscaped grounds. Every day offers another opportunity to experience Cayman's natural beauty.
Although Spotts feels like a secluded escape, it's centrally located. George Town, grocery stores, restaurants, Rum Point, Seven Mile Beach, and many of the island's attractions are all within an easy drive.
We live just five minutes away and still find ourselves returning to Spotts Beach simply to relax, enjoy the sunrise, or snorkel with the turtles. We chose this neighborhood because it offers something increasingly rare—a peaceful Caribbean beach where nature, tranquility, and unforgettable memories come together. We hope you'll fall in love with Spotts Beach just as we did.
