About this property
Charming 3B/R Cottage on Malletts Bay
Welcome to Mills Point in Malletts Bay. Our 3 bedroom (2 kings and one queen) 1 1/2 bathroom cottage has beach access and is the perfect spot to come and enjoy the Burlington region. The bike path takes you to Airport park with pickleball, tennis and a playground then on to the Burlington waterfront. Just steps away from the Colchester Causeway which has ferry service to the Lake Champlain Islands. We provide 2 Kayaks to get out and enjoy the bay and 2 adult bikes.
This is our second home so it is well-furnished and taken care of. We have a huge yard, firepit, deck and grill.
