Welcome to Mills Point in Malletts Bay. Our 3 bedroom (2 kings and one queen) 1 1/2 bathroom cottage has beach access and is the perfect spot to come and enjoy the Burlington region. The bike path takes you to Airport park with pickleball, tennis and a playground then on to the Burlington waterfront. Just steps away from the Colchester Causeway which has ferry service to the Lake Champlain Islands. We provide 2 Kayaks to get out and enjoy the bay and 2 adult bikes. This is our second home so it is well-furnished and taken care of. We have a huge yard, firepit, deck and grill.

Malletts Bay, a neighbourhood in Colchester, is home to this cottage. Ethan Allen Tower and Auer Family Boathouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Colchester Pond Natural Area and Indian Brook Park. Sunset Drive-In Theater and Gordon H. Paquette Arena at Leddy Park are also worth visiting.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the causeway access and view was really nice. And easy drive to Burlington. Would stay there again.
Great stay—we loved the proximity to the causeway to see the lake and sunsets. Quick drive to Burlington and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family of four. Owners were responsive.
This was such a sweet spot! We were right by the bike path/causeway, which was a big plus for us. We didn’t get a chance to take out the kayaks, but the kayak access and bike access was greatly appreciated. A wonderful rental for a fun family vacation. Would book again :)

thank you for the wonderful review and I am thrilled you enjoyed our sweet little spot.
My family (2 adult children) enjoyed our stay a short walk to the lake in peaceful quiet colchester. 3 large comfortable bedrooms, a great kitchen, and wonderful deck made it easy to entertain adult children. The weather was too cool for the bikes and kayaks offered—but the walk along lake was awesome. Short drive to burly for college kid move out day.
