We have a fractional ownership at this resort and own six assigned weeks every year that rotate.

Gulf Front 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Corner Unit with 800 square foot of Wraparound Balcony with views from the harbor to the gulf to Crab Island - 3 BR, 3 BA with 2 master suites. From the balcony there are views of the Harbor to the Gulf to Crab Island. The balcony is a wonderful place to watch the dolphins play in the harbor, the fishing fleet come and go, and gorgeous sunsets. During the summer, you have a front row seat for the fireworks shows. The views truly can not be beat.

Emerald Grande is a 5 Star Resort with a 9700 square ft European Spa and Fitness center, state of the art business center, a full service concierge, and an on-site restaurant and lounge. Room service is available from the Grand Vista Bar and Grill. You can ever order food to be delivered to you at the beach! There is a marina and short term slips available. Enjoy a beautiful zero-entry pool and two large hot tubs, one of which is adult-only. The resort sits in the center of HarborWalk Village, with lots of other shopping and restaurant opportunities.

This beautiful 3 bedroom unit is richly appointed and completely furnished. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well. The unit has Viking Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops, nine foot ceilings, Italian Marble floors, flat screen TV's and free WiFi. Each bedroom has its own attached bath. There are two master suites. The first with a plush king has a large garden tub in addition to an oversized shower. The second master has a poolside queen bed and attached bath. The third bedroom has a full bed with ensuite bath. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper.

Complimentary beach shuttle service is available to ferry guests to the nearby beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included. The boat carries towels for the beach. There is a restroom and beverages available for sale on the boat shuttle.

Destin is known as 'The Luckiest Fishing Village.' HarborWalk Village is the place to charter a boat to test your luck. Both deep-sea and bay fishing are available. A month-long fishing rodeo takes place every October with daily weigh-ins at AJ's, a short walk away. If fishing isn't for you, there are operations that rent jet skis, Stand Up Paddleboards, kayaks and pontoon boats. Several operators offer parasailing. HarborWalk Village also has Dolphin Cruises, Pirate Ship Cruises, Powerboat Tours, Snorkel Trips, Snuba and Sunset Cruises as well as many entertainment and dining options.

Perfect for Family, Beach Vacation

Breathtaking views, spacious accommodations and excellent service this week at Emerald Grande. The hosts are amazing! We had a couple of requests that were immediately met. The view of the harbor and the gulf from our balcony was the best in the 10 years that we’ve been coming to Destin. Family of 5, there was more than enough room!

We will be back…

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Emerald Grand and this condo in particular. The grounds are kept very clean and ALL employees were so friendly. Our host/owners were so quick to respond to any questions. They have, I would say the best condo on the property. The view from the huge balcony allowed you to see every sunrise and set along with the dolphins pretty much all day long. To cap off a great week we were front row to a fantastic fireworks show directly out from our balcony. We can’t wait to come back!

Great views and next to the fun!

I went with my collegues at work and had a great time! We just got back home today. There is lots to do on the harbor walk. We did a sunset sail cruise and saw dolphins. Went to the beach. Saw a concert and fireworks from the balcony.

Best views and huge balcony

Where do I start? I usually don’t submit reviews but I cannot skip this one. The condo has the most breathtaking views... waking up early in the morning, drinking coffee and watching the boats go on by. The condo is completely sound proof so we slept like babies. Not to mention, the beds were just as comfortable as our beds at home. And you can black it out in the rooms so no early sunshine in your face if you like to sleep in. We had a total of 9 in the condo, ages ranging from 15 months, 4 year old, 5 year old, teenagers, and adults. VERY spacious. The balcony is another steal. It is so LARGE. And what’s best about it is that it’s not so high up, I didn’t worry too much about my toddler on the balcony. The condo was so clean, I was very impressed. Customer service is also amazing. You won’t go wrong booking your trip here. Another big reason we will be booking here again is because we barely had to use our SUV. There are so many restaurants and gift shops right below us on the Harbor Walk. My kiddos had so many things to do down there from face painting, custom balloon animals, a big stage to dance on, fun games, and ice cream shops. You also don’t need to bring any beach towels, they provide all of that.

This truly is paradise!

My wife and I spent our 30th wedding anniversary in this amazing place! The pictures are awesome but, believe us, the reality is just amazing. The home has plenty of room with a huge wrap around balcony that allows you to enjoy the incredible sunrises as well as breath taking sunsets!! The owners are the best and are accessible at all times. You do not need to travel by automobile anywhere as all that Destin has to offer is within walking distance including restaurants,beaches, fishing, and all types off fun activities. We are locals and will certainly be staying here again for another wonderful staycation!!

Gorgeous condo!

What a beautiful condo! Spacious, decorated beautifully, comfortable beds, just as described! Owners are great to work with. The balcony wraps around from waterfront to pool. Great views in every direction.This is a relaxing condo and perfect place to unwind after a day at the pool or on the water. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are all very private with large bathrooms and flat screen TVs. Daily maid service. Great restaurants within walking distance on the boardwalk. If staying at Emerald Grande, this is THE apartment to be in!
