Host answered all questions quickly, Room is advertised as no smoking but there are obvious smoke stains on the walls. The ventilation systems in the bathrooms is not good enough and causes mold to grow on the roof of the shower. Many of our things were broken upon arrival. The week I was there I hadn’t seen the pool get cleaned once. Rules are rarely enforced in terms of quietness and cleanliness.

All of our units are strictly non-smoking. We wish the concerns regarding the walls, bathroom ceiling, and broken items had been reported to us during your stay. Our FunQuest team takes pride in addressing issues in a timely manner so that our guests can have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, we cannot correct an issue if we are not made aware of it. Regarding the pool, it is serviced by a professional pool company on a regular schedule. We also have long-term tenants at this complex who are usually very good about letting us know if scheduled pool service appears to have been missed, and we received no such reports during your stay. Had you brought this concern to our attention, we would have gladly contacted the appropriate party to have it investigated. Resort rules, including pool rules, cleanliness expectations, and quiet hours, are enforced. Guests routinely reach out to FunQuest when they observe an issue, allowing us to notify the appropriate staff and have the situation addressed. Again, we received no reports regarding these concerns during your stay. Had we been informed, we would have been happy to assist. We truly appreciate guest feedback, and we will look into it. Hope you enjoyed our beautiful beaches.
