Coffee pods, creamer and sugar/sugar substitutes are provided. (You will need to provide your own filters & ground coffee for the regular coffee pot). Tea enthusiasts will appreciate the electric hot water kettle & regular kettle provided.

The kitchen island features seating for four, providing the perfect spot to enjoy meals together, whether you’re sharing a casual breakfast or a celebratory dinner.

Bedroom 1 offers a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands, lamps, a closet (with iron & ironing board), private balcony access, & a desk workspace. Perfect for relaxing or getting some work or creative projects done!

Bedroom 2 has a Full-size bed, nightstands, lamps & a ceiling fan for a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom includes a vanity with sink, a tub/shower combo, & toilet. A hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are provided for your convenience. For added comfort, a full-size washer & dryer are available, making this space perfectly equipped for extended visits.

There is an adjacent rental home on the property which sleeps 8 guests. The driveway is shared with this home.

Guests must climb several stairs to enter the front door. There is no other access to enter the guest house. Please use handrail when going up and down the stairs.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment with the exception of a bedroom closet which is used for extra supply storage.

The driveway is a shared space. You may park one vehicle in the driveway. Please do not block the stairs. There is street parking available for extra vehicles.

There is no yard access. The nearby yard belongs to the adjacent Airbnb rental home that accommodates 8 guests.

Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password & door access code (keyless entry to the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check-out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.

This home has one Ring camera at the front door facing the stairway/driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. We respect our guest's privacy when they stay at our home.
