OCEAN FRONT FARALLON BEACH HOUSE!!!

Welcome to El Salvador and to Happy Farallon Beach house! Our property is family friendly with grass covered tended gardens, coconut trees, hammock terrace, nice sized swimming pool, barbecue area, open spaces, fully equipped Kitchen and plenty of parking for family and friends. The Estate has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All with air conditioners and ceiling fans. There are 4 TV´s and various games available. The property has panoramic view to the ocean and private access to the beach. It also has private security, a guard-house and a domestic service area and room.
Our beach house boasts of awesome sunsets and it is new in the rental market, minimum stay 2 nights, take advantage now!

ESTATE DESCRIPTION:
POOL & GARDENS: amazing pool with view, barbecue area, outdoor showers, bathroom.
MAIN HOUSE: 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, equipped Kitchen, Breakfast bar, main living room and spacious terrace with different views to the Ocean.
Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed, 1 bunkbed, A/C, ceiling fans, shared bathroom/shower with bedroom #2.
Bedroom #2: 1 bunkbed (Queen size and Full size bed), A/C, ceiling fan, shared bathroom/shower.
Bedroom #3: 1 King bed, 2 bunkbeds (2 Queen & 2 Full beds), A/C, ceiling fans, TV, walking closet, shared large bathroom/shower with bedroom #4.
Bedroom #4: 2 bunkbeds (2 Queen & 2 Full beds), view to the Ocean and pool, A/C, shared large bathroom/shower.
Bedroom #5 (Tower): 1 King bed, 1 bunkbed (Queen & Full bed), A/C, ceiling fans, TV, walking-closet, own bathroom/shower. It boasts with an amazing view to the Ocean from the bedroom and its private terrace on the second floor.
BEACH: The house has private beach access through stone steps and a gate which stays closed for security. The property counts with its own private security and maintenance as well as a room for domestic helper.

Cleaning Fee ($15/night) paid directly to house keeper on site.
** If a chef needed, ($30/night) paid directly to the cook **

We came during the rainy season (June) so the beach was inaccessible, but the pool was wonderful and the staff was friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend and plan on staying in the future

Amazing experience

It was paradise, from the views to the cook, to the staff who made this vacation stress free. You can see whales , hear the ocean waves, and a really good restaurant next door. Theres stairs that lead to a bat cave by the beach. We got massages on the top on the beach house it was beautiful. Couldn't be more greatful. Thanks to David and Eva they made this trip the best ever!!Only regret , we wish we would have stayed longer.

Wonderful property, close to restaurants and bars: Cadejo, al antillanos, Farallones and can’t miss Chepe Aleta ostras and conchas. Amazing place. Alvaro & Mercedes are superb in maintaining the property spotless. My kids and grandkids first time in El Salvador they are in love with this place that they want to buy it.

Life is short. I work quite a bit so I am attracted to spending any of my leisure time in a comfortable, practical and safe place. I have travelled to many countries for work and on vacation so that is why the Farallones Beach House is unique because it provides all you need when away from your own home.

Why they chose this property

The Farallones property is quite special. I own a recreational house nearby and when I heard that the house was on sale, decided to take a peek! Well, as soon as I entered the living room I fell in love with its breathtaking view to the Ocean. As I walked towards the Terrace and the pool, my decision to buy had been made! Needless to say, I acquired it for making it a rental haven where guests and traveller´s enjoy the scenery that captured me! Since the Farallones house has a 180 degree panoramic view, it impacts your senses as you are able to see many beautiful sunrises, sunsets, perhaps even whales and dolphins. I trust that when you finish your stay in this lovely place, you will write sharing with us about your wonderful time.

What makes this property unique

The house is at a unique point in La Libertad, located in one of the largest Farallon Cliffs in El Salvador. It is a spacious house, with fresh air and natural light, comfortable, secure, with different environments where you can enjoy with family and friends.
