We absolutely loved our stay! The view was amazing and having Beach access right outside made it even better. The home was spotless spacious it had everything we needed, but somehow still felt cozy and comfortable. The rental company was great to work with very responsive and helpful and Check-in, in, couldn’t have been easier. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, especially with your accommodations being on the top floor. We completely understand how frustrating it would be to arrive and find the elevator out of service without advance notice. Unfortunately, elevator maintenance is handled by the building/HOA and can sometimes occur without prior notification to us. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the impact it had on your stay.

Our condo was super nice and had gorgeous views. Elevator was out the first 3 days, which made it difficult for my 70 year old dad getting up to the top floor. We were not able to check-in at 4 due to the cleaners still being there and weren't able to get in until after 5:30. The morning of checkout we were 15 minutes behind getting out, the cleaners came and were very rude. However, they didn't wait for us to get out, they went on in while we were still there which I thought was unprofessional, especially when we had to wait an hour and a half to check-in because they were still cleaning. Overall the location was great and other than the elevator being down the facility was great.
