The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—plenty of cabinet space, a full-size fridge, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot to fuel your mornings. Built-in cabinetry off the kitchen doubles as extra prep space or a cozy remote work station. The dining area is warm and inviting, seats four, and is perfect for home-cooked meals or a game night.



The living room is designed for pure relaxation. Large mirrors bounce natural light around the space and highlight the ocean views and coastal-inspired decor. Cozy couches, a soft rug, ambient lighting, and coffee table/side table set complete the room. Curl up with a book, stream a movie, or just soak in the breathtaking view of the waves rolling in.



Step through the large sliding glass doors onto the oceanfront balcony, where two bright orange chairs and a miniature table set the scene for morning coffee, evening drinks, or spotting dolphins and rocket launches. The salty breeze and the sound of waves remind you—you’re officially on vacation!



A welcoming entrance leads to a beach gear storage area, where you’ll find beach chairs, body boards, and sand toys. The charming starfish and sand dollar decor to set the mood before you even hit the sand.



The guest bedroom is a calming retreat, featuring a queen-size bed. A soft turquoise sofa provides a private place to relax and the large closet for you to make yourself at home. The full guest bathroom is right across the hall.



Wake up to the sight of the ocean through your window and start your day feeling refreshed. The ensuite primary bathroom features a large mirror with storage drawers, a tub/shower combo, fresh linens, and classic Florida-inspired decor. The master suite is a dreamy space with a king-size bed, light wood furniture, and an Old Florida decor.



🚧 COMING SOON! POOL UPDATE: Our building is currently undergoing exciting upgrades — a brand-new pool is under construction! We are hoping for the pool to be completed around July/Aug 2026, but as with any construction project we cannot guarantee an exact completion date. While the pool isn't available just yet, the private beach access more than makes up for it. Construction is not expected to greatly affect your stay inside the unit, though you may notice equipment and hear some noise during weekday daytime hours. Current pricing accounts for the pool not being completed.



By reserving this unit, you confirm that you are informed of and accept these conditions. Tentative completion of construction is July/August of 2026.

Check in and Check out is seamless with digital lock codes provided shortly before checkin.

Less than an hour from the Orlando Airport. Rent a car, Uber, or take a shuttle from the airport to the beach. There are plenty of options for you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $1,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host.
