Our newly built 2 story 3BR/2.5BTH cottage style home is perfectly located for families or small groups that want to be close to what all Tallahassee has to offer, while also having a comfortable place to relax in.
The home is in a newly built development and is conveniently located:

4 miles to TMH
5 miles to Midtown
6 miles to the State Capitol
6.5 miles to FSU campus

Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway, with additional spaces on the street. The house is 1280 sq ft and comfortably sleeps 6.

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious and we had a family member in a wheelchair so this was great! Would stay here again and the home was very clean and in a very nice location too. Great neighborhood to walk around and was the neighborhood was very quiet.

Amazing property!!

I live in Miami and went to Tallahassee to visit some friends. It was my first time in Tallahassee. I was looking at hotels or a house to rent and I came across this beautiful place. This house is brand new in a brand new beautiful development close to everything and was offered at an extremely reasonable price. I reached out to the owner and expressed my interest in renting this house. The response was prompt and professional. A day or two before my arrival, I received check-in information in a timely manner. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed and more. Any time I had a question I messaged the owner and she got back to me within minutes. All the bedrooms are big and beautiful The beds are nice and comfortable. Everything’s extremely clean and organized. Just a great experience. I will definitely rent this again the next time I go back . Tallahassee is a beautiful place with a lot of beautiful people …. like Miami used to be 50 years ago.

Professional Family of 6

Home is exactly a posted. Extremely Clean. Beds were very comfortable. It offered many amenities. We stayed 4 nights and each one of us agree we had a wonderful relaxing stay. Quiet neighborhood. It was only a few minutes from our family. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a rental … dont hesitate on this house. You wont regret it at all. We have absolutely no complaints.

Lovely, clean home as describe in listing. It was close to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, and was a perfect landing spot for my family as we drove back-and-forth from the hospital to support a family member who is admitted there.

Perfect Place for a Quiet Stay

This was my second stay at this property, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The host is incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to area stores and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our trip to visit family. Highly recommended!

Tallahassee Cottage

Very clean and tidy. Pretty close to places to explore. Everything was great, my only slightly negative comment would be regarding the lack of dining space. The kitchen island that seats 4 is basically all there is. It wasn't much of a factor for our 2 night stay, but could have been a factor if we were there longer that. The host, Katie was very quick to respond and has a beautiful little place there.
