The space
This is a two story two bedroom townhouse style condo meaning it occupies the first and second floor of the building. There is an upstairs neighbor that occupies floors 3 & 4. It is an end unit with a spacious main bedroom and smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom.
There are sleeping arrangements for up to six, but please note the day bed with trundle in living room 2 are NOT closed off, so if you are a part of six that requires 3 bedrooms, we won’t be the best fit for you.
Wake Forest is very walkable and quaint but growing. the unit is in an urban setting, so moderate noise should be expected.
This was newly constructed in 2024 and open for rent on 10/01/2024!
