This is a terrace-level unit with ramps down to enter. There is no elevator in the building.

The studio matched the photos and seemed to be recently updated with new carpeting, paint and new shower. We were disappointed that there was no view of the lake/only the new houses behind the property. Close to silver dollar city which was nice. Bed was comfortable however fitted sheet continuously came off corners of mattress which was annoying. The outer walkway to condo needed cleaned and there were lots of cobwebs. We had an issue with the door lock on our last day not opening. After about 10 times of trying both key cards we finally got the door to unlock. The shower drained very slowly and there was a sewer odor that came and went throughout our stay. Not sure I would stay again since there was no view of the lake. If you need a close place to stay near SDC this can work especially if you don’t care about an outside view since you’re literally in the basement of the building with windows and a patio facing new homes. Even the outdoor patio was not enjoyable due to the air conditioning unit on the patio which created heat and noise making conversation a bit challenging.
