After a day of exploring the amenities or the surrounding area, the living room welcomes you home with a comfortable couch and a TV—ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. Sliding glass doors lead you out to a private balcony, where a bench swing and outdoor seating offer a quiet spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset dinner with tree-lined views.



Located just minutes from Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City, The Greenview Haven places you in the heart of the action while still offering a serene escape. Spend your days boating, hiking, or exploring local attractions like the Branson Strip, live entertainment venues, shopping, and restaurants. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• This home is a walk-in unit (No steps required).

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This condo is conveniently located right next to a designated boat parking area. Please note that boat parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a 7-day maximum stay and availability is not guaranteed.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Portable crib provided.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Guests can enjoy endless entertainment with a wireless retro game console and controllers—perfect for hours of nostalgic gaming fun.

• Anglers will love the convenience of a nearby pond just a short walk from the condo, perfect for private catch-and-release fishing. Be sure to bring your own poles!

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
