Convenient location! 3 miles to Walmart Amp & 2 miles to the new Mt. Hebron park with trails, a huge playground, pickleball courts and more!

The layout is ideal for family or friends with an open floor-plan for gathering on the first level and three bedrooms on the second level. The spacious master suite includes a desk, private balcony and jacuzzi tub. All rooms have Roku TVs, allowing you to stream with ease. Fenced-in backyard is great for a pet!

The space
1st level - completely open living room, dining and kitchen with a half bath and access to the fenced-in backyard and furnished patio. 55" Roku TV in the living room with a swivel mount and YouTube TV.

2nd level - a master suite with private master bathroom and balcony + 50" Roku TV, two bedrooms with 32" Roku TVs and another full bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a large closet with shelving and hangers.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage. The garage is available upon request from long-term stayers or storage for cyclists/mountain bikers.
Other things to note
Keyless access allows for contactless check-in. The code for the front and back door will be sent the day of check-in.

Baby gates at bottom and top of steps MUCH appreciated. Large master with desk and couch. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of room in the living room/kitchen area. Backyard with covered patio cozy now that weather has cooled down! We parked in the driveway and loved ability to come in back door.

Wonderful house

Only stayed one night, in for a concert at the AMP, but this place could not have been more perfect or conveniently located. The hosts are friendly and gracious. Would absolutely choose them again.

Great home! Great location! We booked our stay for an AAU tournament in Springdale for my son. Everything was great. The host did notify us of an AC unit issue before arriving but they accommodated us with portable ac units instead. For the most part we were gone during the day. Wasn’t that bad at night.

Clean and comfortable place to stay that is close to all things Rogers and Bentonville have to offer. Worked well for my family visiting from out of town. We will stay here again!
