The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Hollywood, FL. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for business trips, group stays, or work retreats. The master bedroom features a queen bed and walk-in closet, while the other three bedrooms offer full-size beds for restful sleep. The living room includes additional sofa beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Outside, unwind in the private backyard with a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, hammock, and outdoor dining area. Parking is easy with a private driveway that fits up to 3 cars. Conveniently located near I-95, Fort Lauderdale Airport, and business hubs.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room. Enjoy exclusive use of the backyard with a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, hammock, and outdoor dining area. Free parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles. Entry is via smart lock. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee.



Other Things to Note:

The jacuzzi is available at no extra charge. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Pets are not allowed. Security cameras are installed on the exterior only, for your safety and the protection of the property. Optional cleaning and linen services are available for long-term stays. Early check-in and late check-out may be offered when possible.

The house was exactly as advertised and very conveniently located. There were a few questions and items to be addressed but our host was quick to respond. The pool and hot tub are regularly maintained and cleaned. This was a perfect and relaxing stay for our family. Lots of privacy. We spent nearly all of our time at the house outside in the backyard. Every amenity is there. Definitely worth the stay at a reasonable price.
