Tratam-se de uma águas furtadas remodeladas num prédio icónico da cidade, muito bem decoradas e com uma vista soberba. O apartamento fica no 3º andar e possui elevador. O apartamento possui 1 quarto com cama de casal, sala de estar com sofá cama, em open space com a cozinha. A cozinha está equipada com todos os utensílios necessários para que possa cozinhar as suas próprias refeições e possui máquina de lavar loiça.
