If you're staying in the St. Joseph, Benton Harbor, Stevensville area, this is a perfect location. Just minutes from the beaches and other restaurants and attractions. The home is uniquely designed and a real treat to stay in. Tony was an excellent host and kept the line of communication open and responded within minutes to any message,Perfect for families with teens.It'd be hard to find a better one than this!

Beautiful home on the river with gorgeous views. The house is very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The host, Tony, was very responsive and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend!

Overall the property is beautiful, right on the river with amazing views. The shower downstairs leaked. The stairs on the property were very steep and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There were not a lot of places to put things, ie dressers or shelves in bathrooms and bedrooms. But all in all we had a great stay and were able to accommodate 8 people comfortably. The amenities were as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed the swing and fire pit! Perfect for an active group!!

Beautiful home with beautiful views of the river! The layout was perfect for us and our adult children with them having their own space downstairs, when needed. Host was responsive and communicated in a timely manner.

The house is amazing. Well appointed, great views and wonderful mattresses and pillows in all the rooms. Ryan and the maintenance guy were quick to respond, kind and welcoming. The weather was frightful with ice and snow so we stayed inside. We were there for the funeral of my eldest brother and this home made all the difference during our time of bereavement.

Great location. Being on the river was awesome. Very peaceful location and we were able to use our paddle boards quite a bit, which was cool. Beaches, wineries, and restaurants were all close.House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows and blankets. There was a small issue with credit card charges not coming through correctly but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of very quickly.Would totally recommend / visit again.

It was perfect! The house is so fun, eclectic and beautiful. The views… they’re simply perfection! Coffee on the porch was one of my fav moments. Such peace! The home is clean, well organized & truly outfitted well! All the things you need and want from home, plus some nicer touches that truly make it a great experience. Communication from the host is PHENOMENAL. HIGHLY recommend!!

Absolutely loved the place, the quiet, peaceful neighborhood and location. Provided good mix of sun and shade. Only drawbacks - as older people - there are several steps into the home, the living area has a couple of steps, and there are stairs down to the dock. We just want to make sure someonen is aware of it if that is an issue. The listing said a microwave and we couldn't find it. BUT the kitchen is well apportioned and fully stocked. The Frank Lloyd Wright-type design makes it very interesting and it is beautifully decorated.

Pictures are very accurate. House seems recently remodeled with very nice touches. We only used the main level bedroom but bed etc were very comfortable. The main level deck was great for relaxing and eating outside. The fire pit was very nice to use. Wood is provided. We brought some sling chairs with us that made the area very comfortable. Both upper & lower dens have very comfortable reclining sofas. We would definitely rent again.

The house was beautiful, and accurately depicted. The hosts were nice and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and access to the river. It was conveniently located close to Silver beach, which was lovely. It came fully stocked with everything we needed, and I would definitely recommend this house.
