Waterfront Villa - dockage for 2 boats included in rental

Vacation Villa in Port Royale, comes with two slips that can accommodate boats to 35'. (No shore power on the docks). This relaxing, secluded getaway is on an unpaved road and far from the crowds of N. Bimini. Pristine beach is a short walk away.
Supplies are limited. Bring all the food, paper goods, water, sunscreen repellent etc that will be needed since there is only one tiny market on the island. The entire island experiences frequent power outages. This is out of our control. Internet can be intermittent.

**Security cameras in the front and back of the property are in use. Please lock the door when you leave to keep your valuables safe. There are no cameras inside.

Great place in South Bimini

Great place to stay to enjoy Bimini if you have a boat. The south side of the island is very chill and laid back. They have golf cart rentals to get around and a nice marina if you have a boat.

Amazing Stay in South Bimini

Ideal spot for a fishing vacation. Room for two boats and close to the waters around Bimini and further. Condo is well kept, clean and very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of fishing. Host was friendly and responsive, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to combine comfort with world-class fishing. Definitely plan to go back!

What a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the amenities were as described. Beds were comfortable! Boat parking was perfect! Location perfect! We rented a golf cart and that was a plus too. We went out one day with Bimini Brown and we would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at the blue “amigo” as the locals called it! We have traveled to Bimini many times and appreciate all of the “extras!” The dock is a huge plus when crossing in your own boat. We had plenty of room for our family of 6.

First time to Bimini solo. House was great! Huge dock space, easy to find. House has a large wood deck- completely shaded in the afternoons. We had 4 couples- plenty of room and space. Great place!

Great property and location! You won’t find a cleaner, more stocked and better location for a stay on the Island. Grill was good size and clean, more linens than you could use and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a VRBO in the Bahamas. Sitting on the back deck was some of the best times of the trip. Carlos, Lucy and the family are great hosts and provided suggestions on where to boat. We will be back again!

We have been coming to South Bimini for over 20 years and fell in love with the place the first time we came here. We enjoy fishing, boating, going to the beach, taking walks in the morning and gazing at the stars at night.

Why they chose this property

Our home away from home is off the beaten path. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all with some peace and quiet and unbelievably beautiful scenery, you found it.

What makes this property unique

Since our property is directly on a saltwater canal with easy access to the ocean, most of our guests come by boat. The rental comes with two slips, each one is 35 feet long to easily accommodate your boats. Be aware that the canal entrance is only 4 feet deep at low tide.

Because the weather and seas are unpredictable 2 weeks out, we STRONGLY recommend you purchase travel protection through VRBO.
