Old and uncared for- overpriced

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed. For the $, this was a bare bones stripped motel, not a condo stocked- no iron? no salt and pepper? Dirt on bathroom floors around baseboards... old dirty beat up pots and pans.... THREE coffee makers- none worked properly (got one to work after extensive cleaning)... no coffe filters for any of the three broken makers... improper internet connection info provided by management- had to figure out log in from the router itself... slow (next day) response from the management group, who would not deliver to condo missing items- we had to find their office to get a **** iron that spit water everywhere. The unit was nice 20 years ago.. just old and overpriced now. Highly do not recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Destin West many times through the years and I recommend it to friends, but this stay was a little disappointing. Our refrigerator had leaked on the floor and we realized it was the ice maker. We had to turn off the ice maker and so we had no ice all week. I reported this every day and every day we waited. No one came to check it. I finally went to a nearby store and bought a bag of ice. The floors of the unit were very dirty and the shower in the primary bathroom needed a good scrub.

Reviewer Comments: Our experience was great, the place was clean and comfortable, the only issues were the tvs in the rooms are not up to date and the kids couldn’t watch anything because they didn’t connect to any apps like Netflix etc, the only one that worked fine was the one in the living room, other than that everything was super nice
