Beach house, in a gated community (Quintas do Sauípe) in the Sauípe complex, with new and excellent quality furniture, rustic wood, comfortable sofa, dining table, large kitchen, large deck, lap pool. The condominium has a club with swimming pool, games room, gym, among others.
The beach house is inside the Sauípe Complex. Upon payment of fees, the guest can enjoy the Sauípe Naútica (zip lines, canoeing, fishing, stand up, pedal boat). At night, you can participate in the entertainment of Vila nova de Sauípe.
