We had a great family stay in the house. The house met all of our needs and was close to all the places we visited. The host answered questions very quickly. We spent a lot of time in the backyard!

The furniture was old and not comfortable. The house was pretty clean. The beds were great, but that house needs a lot of work and you need to definitely upgrade your bathroom with a grab bar or something.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and enjoyed the comfort of the beds that’s always a top priority for us.
Regarding the furniture, all pieces are relatively new and chosen to balance comfort and durability for short-term stays, though we understand comfort can be subjective. The home is regularly maintained, and while there may be occasional minor maintenance items, it does not require major work.
As for the bathroom suggestion, our home meets standard safety and accessibility guidelines for a typical residential property. We have not received similar feedback in the past, but we always appreciate guests sharing their perspective as it helps us evaluate future improvements.
We truly value guest input and are committed to providing a comfortable, well-maintained space for all who stay with us. Thank you again for visiting.
The host is super friendly and responsive. The seating areas in the living space are small, so if you’re planning to have 5 people stay I would be aware of this. The backyard is nice with lots of wildlife. If you are planning on cooking consider bringing your own pots and pans. Plenty of silverware and plates. Overall a decent home with basic amenities.
Comfy bed, well appointed kitchen. I was able to do my Thanksgiving food prep…well, until the power went out. Like all Parma houses, this house is old. It’s had some TLC, but needs a little more to make it feel cozy. Yard is big, but not fenced FYI. LOTS of deer roaming the neighborhood, which was fun to see…especially in the snow! Great location in good neighborhood.

The location was great to all the places we wanted to see. The house needs some improvements. The bathroom is under repair and needs to be completed. The bedrooms need dressers only one bedroom had one. Not enough chairs for us five to sit outside and enjoy the yard. Not enough furniture in living room to sit comfortably at night to watch tv. The neighborhood was great and the deer’s all over the place. With a little more DYI could be a cute place to stay. No laundry soap.
