Perched on a hill and set back from the road, the home offers exceptional privacy, a lush front yard, and inviting outdoor space — all just a few steps from Victor's Restaurant and a short walk from Commercial Street.

1,500 SF, 6-room townhouse in the West End. This beautifully rebuilt home sits above Bradford Street, offering privacy. Plenty of space for 4 guests features a very well-equipped kitchen. Grill on the outdoor deck in the back, hang out on the large front deck, or gather around the fire pit on the front terrace.

It’s full of character. Built over 120 years ago as a part of the farmhouse for the last operating farm in Ptown, it is set up high ton a knoll yet a quick walk to Commercial Street. It provides plenty of privacy yet a variety of awesome outdoor spaces to watch the energy of Ptown roll by.
