Cozy Bungalow Apartment Nested in the middle of Mother Nature.

Top floor apartment that is some what secluded and sleeps 8 people comfortably with four bedrooms and one full bath. Has a large open deck that is connected to outside of the house. Plenty of parking and you can store a boat on the property while you stay! Conveniently located .6 miles from the Miller Boat Ferry and 1.7 miles to the downtown attractions. Also available for large group events by calling ahead. The house is fully furnished with clean linens and towels . All you need to bring is your personal toiletries and you are set.

Erie Fishing Group

Great stay! We were a group of 12 adults with 4 vehicles with boats and the pull around parking and accessibility for plugging in worked out great. Short drive to State Park launch. The deck was a great place to cook and hang out at the end of the night.

A nice quite hideaway

This is a wonderful property with lots of room inside and out. Having the owners on site really make this hands on. They are available to you for any needs and questions! Laura and Don are working hard updating this property with nice touches making it feel homey and inviting. On-site fire pits stocked with wood and Don ready lite it for you is awesome! The only thing I would recommend is maybe install a television antenna if the internet is not strong enough for the fire stick. The internet can be sketchy at times if the island is packed. There are plenty of linens, utensils ect.This property and these hosts are truly wonderful! We look forward to many more years of visiting them.

Great weekend.

We had 4 couples stay and had a great time. Little ways from town but we rented a golf cart and able to get everywhere. Great communication with owner and nice little firepit we enjoyed each night. For the money definitely a great deal - would do again.

Apartment was clean and well stocked - just a little bit of trouble with the lock box - the wrong combination was listed on the web site Excellent area for family relaxation - many sight seeing opportunities. and lots of activities for the younger generation Arlene Ring

Not as great as I was hoping for

It looks like they maybe trying to do some improvements, but the beds are not on a frame and a way too low and on the ground , also should have more that 1 towel & 1 wash cloth per person , and you couldn't get the TV to stay with a program because the signal was terrible, only could get TV to scan a few channels, could update furniture a bit, but it was clean though.
