Beautiful FULLY FURNISHED newly renovated pool home with spacious backyard oasis, conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac only 2 minutes from 202 freeway and 1 mile from Historic Downtown Chandler with loads of restaurants and amenities.

Fast Internet, separate work areas with large monitors, and functional desks and office chairs. Most rooms have Internet TV or smart speakers. There is even an antique upright piano, guitar and board games for family fun.

The space

A desert paradise, Chandler and the nearby Phoenix area provide access to great tourism opportunities, including day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tucson, and Tombstone, to name a few. Local shopping and dining include everything from tasty Mexican food to steaks to classy sushi to posh shopping in nearby Scottsdale.

The neighborhood

Great park with playground for the kids minutes away. Many restaurants and shopping options within 2-10 minutes drive and some within walking distance. A fantastic running/biking trail along a canal is accessible nearby, and runs for many miles both north and south. Several family activity centers within walking distance offer indoor trampolines, obstacle courses and a skate park.

We were very happy that we found this property. It is convenient to so many things we wanted to do. Shopping, restaurants and spring training fields. The owner was very helpful in making us aware of all the amenities of the house. Having a private pool is always something we filter for and this one was very nice. We will definitely stay in this property again.

Beware

I gave it one star because it is a beautiful house and it is as pictured on the rental site. Beware, if you choose to rent this house, document every mark on the wall, scratch on the furniture and anything, no matter how small, which is not perfect. Make sure you go over it all with the owner and have him sign off on your list. Example –When we arrived one of the recliners on the large leather coach did not work. We didn’t need it and didn’t mention it to the owner. After we left, the owner submitted a claim to the insurance co. and stated we broke it and left the broken handle on the living room floor. The 2nd example – the kitchen sink drained slowly when we arrived, about halfway through our stay (we rented this house for 3 months), it didn’t drain at all. When we contacted the owner, he said it was our responsibility to fix it and pay for it. We then contacted the rental agency and they stated that it was the owner’s responsibility, and tried several time to contact him about this. They were unsuccessful in having him reimburse us, so they reimbursed us, which we very much appreciated. This is only a few of the examples I can give, I didn’t contest the insurance claim because we also had put down very large security deposit, that was being held up for months because of this claim. We have rented various houses in Arizona for the last five years, always left them in better shape than when we arrived and have never lost a penny of a security deposit.

Pat, we appreciate your business and have had hundreds of happy customers at our properties for over 6 years now (marketed on another platform). If you didn't tell us something was broken at the beginning of your 90 days, I'm not sure how we would know what had happened before following the VRBO insurance process?
