About this property
Panoramic Monterey Bay View
Our Seaside home has a panoramic view of Monterey Bay, and the beautiful patios outside allow for a sublime outdoor living experience. Located a little over a mile from the beach, and a short drive from downtown Monterey, this special place makes for the perfect home base for anyone wanting to take advantage of the many events and tourist opportunities available nearby. This is our permanent residence which we rent out. There is a studio below which we occupy while hosting.
The space
There are two dwellings on our property: a three bedroom, two bathroom home with the views and a studio apartment below. While our guests stay in our house, we stay below in the apartment.
Guest access
The guests are free to enjoy all the patios and garden spaces in the front and back yards. Although there will be a single parking space reserved for guests under the carport, we kindly ask that guests not venture below where Dwight's studios are.
