This charming home is located in the historic West Side of Las Vegas, an older, vibrant neighborhood known for its unique character and rich history. It’s a peaceful and welcoming area, offering a quiet stay just minutes from the Strip.

Late-night bookings are welcome at anytime. Self check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

Please note that no parties or gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside, but there’s a designated smoking area outside. Violations of these rules will result in reservation cancellation without reimbursement.

Please note: Cancellations eligible for a full refund (7+ days before arrival) are subject to a 10% processing fee (based on the amount paid) due to third-party payment processing costs, which are non-refundable.

This 900 square foot home has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room. Enjoy a stylish experience at your new centrally-located place with two bedrooms (TV in all bedrooms) and one bathroom.

You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Smart TV in the all bedrooms and living room, wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

You are 5 mins from Fremont (Old Vegas), 10 mins from the stratosphere, 12 mins from the Convention Center, 15 mins from the T-Mobile Arena (Las Vegas Knights Hockey), 12 mins from the Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas Raiders Football), 20 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the ACTION! (Las Vegas Strip)

Clean, well-located, and responsive host

We had a great experience staying at this VRBO. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had the dishes that we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do.The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. We really appreciated the little touches like extra towels and clear communication about items we needed addressed while staying at the house. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy their trip!

The property was not as advertised. The shower head was broken upon arrival, and although the host said he was aware of it, no solution was provided. Storage space was very limited, with only one shelf in the closet, which was not convenient. There were not enough towels, no hooks to hang them to dry, and the bed sheets were stained. The listing also lacks exterior photos, and the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very safe. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. If additional towels, hooks, or any other items were needed, we would have been happy to provide them. Guests are always welcome to reach out so we can address requests promptly. Regarding the bed sheets, cleanliness is very important to us. Had this been reported, we would have replaced them immediately. As noted in the listing, the property is located in a safe, family-oriented area that happens to be an older neighborhood. We aim to be transparent so guests can make informed booking decisions. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience.
