This charming home is located in the historic West Side of Las Vegas, an older, vibrant neighborhood known for its unique character and rich history. It’s a peaceful and welcoming area, offering a quiet stay just minutes from the Strip.

Late-night bookings are welcome at anytime. Self check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

Please note that no parties or gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside, but there’s a designated smoking area outside. Violations of these rules will result in reservation cancellation without reimbursement.

Please note: Cancellations eligible for a full refund (7+ days before arrival) are subject to a 10% processing fee (based on the amount paid) due to third-party payment processing costs, which are non-refundable.

Welcome to your new home! Whether for business or pleasure we hope you enjoy Las Vegas!

This 900 square foot home has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room. Enjoy a stylish experience at your new centrally-located place with two bedrooms (TV in all bedrooms) and one bathroom.

You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Smart TV in the all bedrooms and living room, wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

Kindly note that the property is located on the second floor and requires going up a flight of stairs.

You are 5 mins from Fremont (Old Vegas), 10 mins from the stratosphere, 12 mins from the Convention Center, 15 mins from the T-Mobile Arena (Las Vegas Knights Hockey), 12 mins from the Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas Raiders Football), 20 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the ACTION! (Las Vegas Strip)

Easy location to airport, away from the casino world, excellent communication with owner. We were there for a family funeral and needed budget accommodation with a king bed and good wi-fi for remote working. This fit the bill. I was pleased that the unit did not use fragrance in cleaning supplies or laundry soaps. The unit was tidy (no old food or condiments in fridge!) When we asked for a fan, it was delivered promptly. If concerned about seeing the grittier side of Vegas, this might not be for you, but we felt perfectly safe as an elderly couple with a rental car — maybe not for walking, but we found lots of places a short drive away to walk (the botanical gardens! the Wetlands park!)
