Constellation House 207 is a mid rise condominium conveniently located oceanfront midtown on 52nd street. This one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo features all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, CD player, and internet, also includes 1 parking spot. Bed sizes include one queen, one full and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soap and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Property rents Saturday - Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Non-smoking Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
Please note, smoking is not allowed in unit or in any of the common areas other than the designated outdoor smoking area.

Nice place for the value

We enjoyed our stay. Condo good for the rate charged. Could use new carpet and a baking sheet for the oven, but everything more than acceptable. We had 3 in the condo.

Nice clean condo

My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway. The apartment was clean and everything was as stated online. It was right on the beach, very convenient. A short drive to most restaurants and the boardwalk. We arrived later in the evening. Picking up the keys at the agency was quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again.

The 2nd floor view was lovely, you could see over the dunes better than I expected. Easy access to the beach which was helpful with my two young children. Nice restaurants and shops at a walkable distance. The place was tidy and the kitchen well-equipped which was great as we cooked several nights. There was a nice stash of comfy blankets and there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella in the closet which was cool. I really have nothing bad to say about it and would recommend it. If I was absolutely forced to issue a minor complaint, I guess I could say the mattresses were not the most comfy.

We believe the condo could have been a little cleaner. Coffee maker was not clean. Blinds on door overlooking the beach were broken and recliner was broken and could not be put down

Nice place for rough beach weekend.

Overall we were happy with this place. It was very clean, except a random water bottle in the bedroom. It is a little small for 6 people, but it worked. It has a very nice view of the ocean, but u can't see much of the beach, so if u want to people watch from your deck u want to go up one more floor.

Very dated and needs cleaning

The beds are full-size, not queen. The furniture has stains. The baseboards show signs of grime and mold. The shower door doesn't close/roll properly. The beds are uncomfortable at best - very old. The stove looks like it was from The Jeffersons (1970s version - very dated.) Cabinets didn't close properly. The whole place just looks used and not well kept. The best part was the view, and the balcony furniture.

Nice location, OK condo.

We booked this property because it was located on the beach and had good reviews. This was our first vacation with our two year old so we wanted easy beach access, which we got with this property. The condo itself was pretty underwhelming. It looks like it’s been through the ringer and is in dire need of updating….or at least a good carpet/upholstery steam cleaning to start. The bedroom and its half bathroom smelled musty and the beds were about as comfortable as a slab of concrete. The shower door was falling off the track, which was a bit annoying at times. That being said, the location was wonderful - especially if you plan to go to Seacrets or spend a lot of time on the beach. We loved the view from the balcony and really enjoyed watching the dolphins from there in the morning. The air conditioning units worked great, which we appreciated on the hotter days. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed to make food on our own. Overall, if you are looking for a spot with an awesome location - this will work well. Just don’t expect too much from the place itself. Like most people, we didn’t spend too much time there.

The location was great. It was nice having an assigned parking spot and an elevator. For the most part the Condo was good. We had to call as we discovered the dish washer was not working and they sent maintenance over right away and he could not fix it and that was the last we heard from anyone. it made for a difficult week as most of the dishes were in the dishwasher and they were dirty. The beds were also very uncomfortable in my opinion. The beach was beautiful but be advised it’s all the very soft sand so it’s difficult to walk in and there is a drop off to get to the water so at times it’s pretty tricky to get up and down to the water. The view from the condo was beautiful and has a very nice balcony with nice furniture. I am not sure I would stay again because of the beds and lack of communication when things are broken and need repair.

Four perfect days!

The place was spotless, tiny but just right for my husband, our adult daughter and me. Nicely appointed, the kitchen was what we needed for leisurely breakfast on the balcony and the short walk to the backyard beach was very convenient. Thankful for the nice getaway.

Everything about the unit was as advertised , the location was perfect for our needs. The dishwasher malfunctioned and that was the only issue , a small one.

Very Nice Condo w/ great views and convenient to everything!

The condo was well maintained, and very clean. We did bring our own linens and bedspread. Views were perfect being directly on the Oceanfront!! Check-in process was quick and easy. Easy walk to Macky's, Seacret's and 45 St. Taphouse too!! We will stay here again!!

Relaxing place for Social Distancing

We were able to bring our own linens and food for a maximum social distancing vacation. The balcony was great for beach viewing during crowded beach times. We would stay here again!

Great stay only steps away from the beach. Had all the amenities we needed such as a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans & silverware. Could use another couch for more comfy seating in the living room around for playing games or watching tv.

Upon entering the agency - the 1st person sitting at the desk did not acknowledge me when picking up

The property was clean, but needs to be updated which I know cost alot of $$$$. Totally understand. Unfortunately the real estate agency would have been nice acknowledged upon picking up the keys as well as dropping them off. Customer service would have been nice.

Excellent beach-front condo

My daughter and I spent a lovely week at this condo. We found it well equipped, generally clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and all appliances in good working condition. One of the best features is the back deck overlooking the dunes and ocean. I have rented many beach vacation houses/condos and this was one of the best for the size and price. .

Perfect location, loved the view from the balcony, walking distance to many great waterfront restaurants and bars. Good air conditioners. Couldn't ask for a better place for our group to stay!
