Great place, close to the beach and minutes from Ormond or Daytona. Great communication with owner. Everything you need is there and it all works perfectly. Definitely will look to book again for bike week in 2024.

This rental was perfect for my trip. I had stayed in this building before, but this was my first stay in this unit. I love being so close to the beach and it was never crowded. The owner reached out before my stay as well as a few times during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean condo w/everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped & nicely organized. Looks like a wall is being constructed as a result of recent hurricane damage and the owner made us aware of the construction prior to booking. We were still able to enjoy the beach, view, & 2 SpaceX launches.

Condo was well appointed, accurate description on website. Accessible location right off A1A near Daytona and Flagler beaches. The owner was very responsive with communication. The area was not “touristy” at all. We would consider staying here again during the summer months (March was still a bit chilly to be able to enjoy the pool).

We have stayed at the condo previously. The location is perfect for visiting our family in the area. The beach is fantastic, the views are great, its quiet, the other inhabitants are friendly, and the interior is nicely arranged with good quality furniture. However this year things were a bit off.

Not as good as last year, but still worth visiting

We have stayed at this property before. Last year the condo was cleaner....for example there are dusty cobwebs on the walls in the master bedroom, things are dusty, the dishwasher does not work properly getting dishes dirtier rather than cleaner, there were no wash cloths in the master bath, the adjustment on the sleep number bed did not seem to work. However the location, and the condo in general is worth renting. We visit family in the area and this location and the amenities work for us. I think whoever is responsible for cleaning and maintenance is just not doing a thorough job.

Great Rental, very nice/clean

I highly recommend this rental. And I am very thankful for the property owner/manager for contacting us for check in information as VRBO had zero contact with us after the booking. Nonetheless, the place was clean and in a very good location. All amenities were provided for a nice stay for the week.

This condo checked off every item on our list. . It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable. The arrangement of furniture allowed for the best use of the area. The condo was quiet and relaxing. …neighbors were friendly. The pool and beach access were important for our stay. Being able to enjoy the sunrise as well as the moon over the ocean from the balcony was important to me. Having a washer/dryer was a must for us. I would recommend this condo for a quiet get-a-way.
