Welcome to your downtown Nashville home base. This hotel-style studio in the historic 1875 Riverfront Lofts sleeps up to 2 and puts you within easy reach of Broadway, the Ryman, and the riverfront.



The Space:

Historic Hideout blends classic character with simple, modern comforts in an efficient, hotel-style layout. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a solo city escape, the open-concept studio features a plush king bed for a restful night after exploring Music City.

You’ll have Wi-Fi for staying connected and cable TV for winding down. A convenient kitchenette—stocked with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker—makes quick snacks and morning brews easy before heading out to Nashville’s award-winning restaurants. The ensuite bathroom offers a clean, walk-in glass shower and single vanity.



Please note: this interior studio does not have windows, a unique quirk of the building’s historic design.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: There is no on-site parking. We recommend the Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street (about half a block north of the building). They also operate a sister location at 310 • Commerce Street; you can enter/exit either garage 24/7. Both options are approximately $40/day, paid directly to the garage.

• Stairs: This historic building has stairs; stairs are required. Please review photos and plan accordingly.

• Windows: This suite does not have windows due to the building’s 1875 row-house design.

• Kitchenette: There is no full kitchen. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker for light meal prep.

• Exterior security cameras: Cameras are above the front door and in the entrance hallway (front and back sections). They monitor exterior/common areas only.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Long-term stays: Extended stays are welcome—reach out with any questions about longer visits.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: You’re close to Broadway’s Honky Tonk Highway, the Ryman Auditorium, Riverfront Park, the Cumberland Riverwalk/Greenway, the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, and Fifth + Broadway/Assembly Food Hall.
