Situated in a quiet, secure and settled residential area, Villa SunsetPalms was built in 2012. The oversized corner lot enables a wide view overlooking two canals. You will find peace and quiet here. A lot of extra space provides privacy, since this is one of the few houses, where you do not have a direct neighbor on the opposite side of the canal or right next to your yard.
Villa SunsetPalms is ideal to relax and unwind and to refill your energy reserve in Florida's endless sunshine and warmth.

Inside the luxurious villa you will find 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Imagine - the master bath accounts for 50 sqm and offers a gorgeous middle bathtub and two step-down showers. The Master Bedroom as well as the living- and dining room feature brand new real wood flooring. The large open plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and a total of 3 TV sets offer every opportunity to indulge in US TV. Especially the 55'' 3D-LED-HDTV will fascinate those 3D-lovers! Outside you will find a large covered lanai and an oversized 30ft pool - complete with tanning bed, fountains and a waterfall. Naturally the entire pool area is covered by a screen for completely relaxed days in sunny Florida. A huge brand new sofa md multiple seating areas ensure your complete comfort. couldn’t get in

every thing was nice except when we arrived at 1130 pm we couldn’t get in code for door didn’t work and couldn’t get in and for quite awhile and couldn’t get ahold of properly manager and took a long time to get ahold of property owner so

Amazing place

It was peaceful, beautiful, great neighborhood, amazing view. The pool was great, the only downfall was the screen covering for lanai was totally gone, leaving it exposed to animals especially birds that kept making a mess, even had a racoon come up to patio door. This information was missing from website. This is an amazing place and will come back.

Retirement celebration getaway

We had an amazing stay. The view of the canal and pool were spectacular and we got to see the sun set each night. The house was close to grocery stores and restaurants and 30 minutes from beaches. Great location. We didn’t realize the screen on the lanai had been destroyed by the hurricane, but luckily it was early enough in the season that we didn’t have to worry much about flies snd mosquitoes, spiders etc. would highly recommend this property!!

March getaway

The property was on a beautiful lot which was on the large corner of a canal. We rented a boat and enjoyed many travels to some of the surrounding islands. The recent hurricane took out the screen from the lanai which did cause some problems with flies, but once that is back on there will not be any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed the house . We would definitely go back again. The property manager was very easy to work with and got back to us quickly with the couple questions we had.

Fabulous Place to Stay!

This house was fantastic! It truly exceeded our expectations in every way! Manny was a wonderful host and I greatly appreciate that. The pool was perfect! Beds were very comfy! Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Grill worked great. Excellent location, beautiful view, quiet but so much to see, from the jumping fish to the birds singing and making a nest. Count down begins till we rent this house again!!! 10 days of perfection!!
