Chicken Coop Guest House Near Olympic National Park Sequim Pet friendly One bdrm

Nestled in a rural valley at the base of the North Olympic Mt foothills, our guest house overlooks pasture and field, small farms and mountain views.
Originally the cottage was a chicken coop on this 5 acre ranchete in the small farming community of Happy Valley. As the valley became more residential the cottage has been nicely converted to a comfortable indoor/outdoor living space. Pasture and farm still abound and mix with wildlife and recreation. Olympic National Park and Forest just to the south. Strait of Juan de Fuca and Dungeness Recreation Area to the north. Pacific Ocean to the west and Hood Canal and Seattle to the east.
The pet friendly Guest House has one bedroom with a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette
( coffee maker , microwave, toaster oven, two burner cooktop, small refrigerator),
dining/living/work space, and 3/4 bath.
It has its own private parking space and patio area with table and chairs.

Peaceful hideaway

Well-kept, clean, peaceful home. Enjoyed the lovely birdsong each morning and watching hummingbirds and other little birds flitting around. The quiet atmosphere gave my husband and I time to relax and reconnect. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lissa and Jay are delightful hosts! I had the most relaxing and lovely stay. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything one could need for cooking meals. I loved having my coffee on the patio and enjoying the gorgeous views of the property. I can’t wait to return to this gem of a listing!
