This charming two-story condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, situated just steps from the beach and two blocks from Downtown Folly. The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, and a spacious living area for relaxing after a day in the sun. With three bedrooms (all King Beds) and three full bathrooms, there's ample space for families and groups. Experience the ultimate coastal lifestyle!

When entering the home you will be graced with natural light from the beachside sliding glass door. To your right, the first guest bedroom is furnished with a spacious king bed and TV for nightly entertainment. From the hallway, adjacent to this guest bedroom, you will find a full bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combo. Keep on moving through the condo to find the recently renovated kitchen, dining table for 6 and comfy living room. The balcony compliments the space with ocean views and a seating for four.

The interior stairs off of the living room area will guide you to the second floor where you will come upon the remaining two bedrooms. The second guest bedroom & primary suite both have king beds and their own ensuite bathrooms, providing additional privacy. If you're feeling ambitious you also have the option to utilize the washer and dryer off of the hallway.

Wake up to breathtaking, panoramic ocean views from your private, spacious balcony, furnished with comfortable chairs perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The spa-inspired en-suite bathroom boasts a relaxing garden tub, a separate stand-up shower with a rain shower head, and a renovated double vanity. Free parking is provided with 2 labeled spots for your condo under the building. Exterior parking area on property is available first-come, first-serve. Parking passes are provided as needed during the busy season. Elevator and stairs go to all floors of the complex. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, full size washer & dryer, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free parking, elevator, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
