It really was a very cozy spot for the two of us and Michelle was very accommodating to our needs. Always making sure we had what we needed. The beach is directly across the street with the pier very close by. The pool is very clean and relaxing. We look forward to looking up this spot again the next time we come down.

We were so excited to find a rental at Fiesta Villa as my Grandparents used to own a place there. This was a trip down memory lane for my family! The host was amazing and it allowed us to relive so many memories/moments as a family of 4 staying in a 1 bedroom condoDo hesitate to book, you won’t regret it!

We had an extra-long weekend at the beach with our grandson. Very cute condo with a very comfortable king-size bed. It really sleeps great. Grandson slept on the futon in the living room and had no complaints. Lots of pillows, lots of linens and towels. The shower is huge. It looks like it has been recently updated. The bar stools in the kitchen area are really comfortable. The pool was really nice and clean. It's a nice size pool too. You need to take your own chairs, that is not a criticism just letting others know. We had ours so it was fine. The only issue we had was we couldn't get in when we got there and had to wait for about 15 minutes. That wasn't a big deal and we weren't mad. It was just a minor inconvenience. It's right across the street from the beach and public beach access. There is a grocery store, ice cream shop and shopping within walking distance. We also walked to the pier and went fishing. It was a great trip. The hosts were very nice and receptive to messages. We would rent again.

Very cute place to stay. Very close to the ocean, clean pool, nice area out back to sit and hang out by the picnic tables. The room was comfortable and had all the comforts of home, great working AC, clean. My only recommendation would be the addition of an air fryer or toaster oven. Will we stay here again if in the area? Absolutely.
